Shiny Pokemon gone normal

    Latest update had changed my shiny snorlax and porygon to normal when will this be fixed?!?!?!?

    Hi mate, just checked and they are still normal... How would I go about sorting this?

    You need proof that you had a shiny snorlax and porygon otherwise the staff can't fix it.

    How fantastic... I got them both through trades... so what should I do snapshot every trade I make... ridiculous!!
    thanks very much pokefind, a mess up with a update through no fault of my and I've lost my two shinies, what a fantastic service. Well looks like I won't be playing this anymore...
