Skyblock compensation

Hello, I have come back on Skyblock after 2 months of intensive work (no time for spent time).
As everyone, I have seen that the server has been reset due to Google servers crashing of 28 July, thing that I can understand because it did not depend on you, and I have appreciated that you have given a compensation.
The fact is that it is particularly frustating that I did not get this compensation because I did not connected shortly after, especially when I have spent many time and money on this server.
