Someone help lag with 1-2 fps i have good computer too

I really need help when I try to play it has lag from 1-2 only but only when I have the resource pack on without it on I have like 78 fps I don't get it I also used to play on a crappy laptop and it didn't lag now I play on a pc and it has 1-2 fps I also spent money on this game and I'm level 30 I tried changing all my setting done everything I could I don't know what to do. Help!

Yeah, I didn't get it my computers fast enough to run fortnite but not this I don't know.
