Teams change

Hello i want to ask if it is possible to change team. I may know the answer right know, but im doing this because of my smaller brother. we started playing together on this server and i chose the team first and when i was about to tell him which team i joined he joined instinct (im mistic). when he learned about this he got realy mad at me. is there any way to change teams.
