Trade evo destroy exp share

I was leveling up my haunter with my exp share that I won from a challenge so I level the haunter up to lv 75 decided to evolved it( I forgot that It was holding the exp share ) so I traded it to evolved (traded with someguy called penguin ranks expert) when he gave it back I notice it an hour afterward that the expshare is gone
I asked some people about this and some said it happen to them to
Please fix this bug it would be awesome and it would be even more awesome of you can give me back the expshare (this expshare I didn't buy I got it from someone with rank champ I think) so I won't have any prove that I have had the expshare I understand you don't give it back cause I could just be lying but pls fix it and good luck

Unfortunately the exp share might have glitched when the haunter evolved. You can contact a manager on discord and explain your situation to them, and they will get you sorted!
