Ultra Keys Unlock Two Halloween Houndours In December And Appear to Be Regular Diamond Hoes

I purchased two Ultra crate keys. I then opened the two Ultra Crates and received two Halloween Houndours. First off, I am not sure whether it is a glitch to receive such items when they are out of season. Also, when I received the said Houndours, they appeared as diamond hoes. In the video attached, it shows me enabling resource packs and then proceeding to enter the hub the first time. During this attempt, I failed to receive the resource pack. I then disconnected and re-entered the lobby. This time, I was able to accept the resource pack. All of my pokemon appeared regularly except for the Houndours. You can also see that the Halloween Houndors act as actual Diamond hoes, not a pokeball.
