Where do you find the files to create a Pokemon server in Minecraft Vanilla, which uses only Vanilla and no mod to run in Minecraft's Normal version? like this Server in the Forum..., understood?
If you are trying to find the server-resource-packs it would be in %appdata% ---> .minecraft ---> server-resource-packs. Although, if you are looking for how the server was made, or how it came about I suggest messaging the Professor on discord and he would happily be able to inform you!
