Mods such as the ones you've listed above are allowed, under the condition that they are not able to show/track players. In general, mods that do not give you an unfair advantage over any of the other players (especially in our PVP gamemodes), are allowed.
Obvious reasons. In poke wars, you can track someone who is sneaking towards your base, and give you an unfair advantage as you know where they are and they don't know where you are. In skyblock pvp, if someone is hiding to get away you can easily find them which is unfair and gives you an advantage.
