Why can't I use my level 100 Milotic?

    Why can't I use my level 100 Milotic? I have 6 badges. Please help!

    Hello JukeMastr7,

    In order to use a level 100 wild caught or self hatched pokemon, you must have the 7th badge. If the milotic was traded for, then you will need the 8th badge to control it. You can check what level pokemon you can control by hovering over the badges in your pokegear!
