Synchronize: If a Pokémon with Synchronize is the leading party Pokémon, there is a 50% chance of each wild Pokémon encountered having the same nature. Since breeding isn't a thing, it would be great if the Synchronize ability would have it's "Outside of Battle" effect in order to make finding the correct nature, with good IVs possible. Without Synchronize you have a 1/25 chance to get the Nature you want, on top of having to roll for the IVs you want. I think this would be a great addition. (Apologies if it already works like this, haven't really tried it out much.)
