Hey! Your level shouldn't of reset randomly. I don't see the proof of you being level 6, but I suggest checking Haikou region to see if your level 6 there, as haikou levels are seperate from Kyoto. Also check pokemon survival, and see if you are level 6 there.

Since its PokeWorld I think uballs can be obtainer really easy from pokestops, also if your level dropped from 6 to 3 I dont think its a big deal since you dont have to grind so much to get it. If it was from 50 to like 46 that could be a problem in my opinion.
If you lost pokemon, I suggest you email [email protected] with your IGN, explination of situation and proof that you had the eevee and hopefully they will be able to help you out.
