5 moves?! Glitch! Please help!

So recently my Charmeleon reached lvl 32 and learned the move Flame Burst. When I clicked to learn the move, it processed it twice (somehow). Now I have a Charmeleon with 5 moves (when you hover over it in inventory). This wouldn't be a problem but I can use my Charmelon to battle any other wild pokemon. When I throw it at them their timer disappears and makes them invincible. I can still use my other Pokemon to battle. Please help me fix this!
