About account rollback bug

    Should I just ignore this? From a few forum posts, it seems the rollback isn't too big.

    Someone who experienced rollback is told to be patient as the development team try to fix the bug, then someone else tagged professor hemlock and then that professor replied and asked the victim to move to a more empty server.
    Someone else replied to the thread having the same problem. Someone offered him help through discord. But he already got his problem solved without needing to use discord.

    This time the victim is asked to be patient too, and contact an administrator/manager.

    While some other more recent posts is replied by Jadyns to contact Kuro.

    the author said that Kuro can't help him.

    My assumption is the administrator/manager couldn't help the accounts that got rollback issue anymore.

    I'm not sure what is able to be done about rollbacks at this point in time. We have a lot of issues and a lot of people with the rollback issue. You can try to contact a Manager / Admin and see what can be done though. Very sorry about the inconvenience. :(

    It seems that it's more difficult to contact them for this issue nowadays. From a few posts that I read, the roll back is pretty small and its not quite annoying, so I believe in most cases it's best to ignore the issue and taking a screenshot before logging out to protect important stuff (Or is there something better to do?).

    Taking screenshots is definitely the best option! Hopefully it does not happen again.
