Disappearing Geodude

    My friend and I started playing on the sky block server today and we managed to get enough money to buy a geodude. We placed him down, started mining and then we had to go for a couple of minutes and when we came back, the geodude was gone.(we didn't logout, we were just afk)
    Can someone please help?

    My friend just logged back in, and the geodude reappeared. I guess it's because he's the one who summoned the geodude.
