egg and move problems

My charmader it lv11 and does not know ember and I bought a rare egg and I don't have it.

 

The rare egg's should automatically go into your Incubator at the Pokecenter. When he was learning the skill Ember you might have exited out of the learning faze or chose not to learn it.
