Gym Bug Lost Pokemon

Me and my friend henguy2233 took over the gym at the town Amethyst Town in lobby 11 and it appears that the gym has been taken over but our pokemon are still classified as being in the gym. We had lost My level 36
Blastoise and my friends Charizard level 36. The screenshots from my friend show what the gym looks like now and also shows the sign that our pokemon are in that gym.
Sorry to bother you about this and hope that this report has helped you to solve this bug.
Is it possible if me and my friend will get our pokemon back.
