I clicked into dont learn sleep powder without wanting to, i want to get

i leveled up my bulba then it appeared in chat, bulba lvld up and learned poison powder and sleep powder
then i changed poison powder for roar ( i think is roar ) then i thought that the green glass was to get done with it, but it was: dont learn sleep powder. there was no thread of posting about it, so i thought this would be the more appropriate, sorry. can a admin/staff/owner change the sleep powder for leech seed? plz plz plz! the only thing i wanted in bulbassaur was the sleep powder (it is a good strategy thing) plz.

Currently there's no process to add moves to Pokémon as TMs and HMs are not possible. However if you head over to the discord and ask the chief of police Aaron or one of the owners they might be able to further assist you.
