Hey tyrumma, firstly I suggest deleting the server resource pack from the server resource pack folder in .minecraft. If this doesn't work I suggest trying any of the solutions here: http://forums.pokefind.co/index.php?threads/resource-pack-solutions.3813/ Hope one works for you!
The thing is, it wasn't even in there. With the game open or closed. I'm pretty sure it is being denied by the internet settings i was connected to (this was at school while the resource pack works fine on my home pc). I'm pretty sure if i can get the file itself instead of having to get it from the server than it'd be fine but i can't seem to find a link that will let me download the resource pack itself
Hello tyrumma, Unfortunately, there is no download link for the resource pack. Try making sure you're running minecraft 1.10.2 with resource packs set to prompt, and try what Rainbow has suggested. Although, if your school does block certain downloads, there may not be a way to get the resource pack to work unless you bypass the block.
