I am making this so people have easy access to solutions regarding issues receiving their purchases with Ranks or other Items. Hopefully it will help anybody who needs it!
(Especially for those people who don't have Discord)
Tip of Advice - Try being on the actual server or specific hub for the item you want to buy before purchasing it. That usually allows the purchase to come through a lot easier and actually work. For Example; Be in PokeWorld before buying an exclusive Egg for PokeWorld.

Rank Purchases
- You will want to completely log out of the Server.
- Log back in and see if anything happens (Usually nothing will right away).
- If you have not received it after logging in, go straight to PokeWorld and join a server (These steps only works for PokeWorld and nothing else).
- Please be aware that you could have issues with the resource pack for PokeWorld, if so please check out the list of solutions at the bottom of this thread.
Still didn't work after joining PokeWorld
- Okay so you joined PokeWorld and the rank did not go through, check your email for the purchase receipt.
- You should be sent a receipt either to your Inbox or Spam folder so check both just to be sure.
- After finding the receipt you will need to email [email protected] and make sure to include your In Game Name and Receipt.
- Please be aware that Support is very busy and receives a lot of emails every day. You will need to be patient with them.
- If you do not hear back from Support after 2+ Days, please contact a Staff Member on the Forums or Discord.

Non Rank Purchases
- You have purchased specific items from our store and have not received them, make sure to wait 30 minutes before reporting the issue.
- Depending on what item you purchase, you will need to login to the correct server for it. PokeWorld / Skyblock / PokeWars / Survival.
- If you do not receive your items, please contact a Staff Member on the Forums or Discord so we can try to see if there is an easy solution.
- If we cannot find a solution, please email [email protected] with your In Game Name and Purchase Receipt.
- Please be aware that Support is very busy and receives a lot of emails every day. You will need to be patient with them.
