TEXTURE PACK HELP

    i tried everything i enabled resource packs ive deleted the game and installed it ive tryed on 1.9 1.9.1 10.2 1.11.2 and 1.12
    i looked on the fourms still didnt work
    it just never asks me to install resource pack
    i deleted the server-resource-pack folder still didnt work

    is there any possible way someone can give me a DOWNLOAD to the resource pack
