Lost my Shiny Gyrados, A squirtle and Bulbasaur due to a glitch!

So that happened... No idea what went on but they just disappeared. Can I get them back?
Also I am wondering why it says 6:8:48. I think it means 6 days as I waited and when a minute passed the 48 would change.
