My pokemon didn't come back from gym after other team's player beat that gym

I have posted the problem on Discord but it seems that nobody can solve my problem. Therefore, I decided to post the same problem here again. As the title, I put a charizard on the gym. After the gym changed owner(The gym was beaten by other team's player already). System still says that my charizard is in the gym, and I can still get rewards from that gym by using /claim command. However, I want my charizard back. My in-game name is Yui_CH, and the gym is on Chromium City, Server 11.

 

Sorry for forgetting to mention the date.
I becomes owner of the gym on 2/19, and I think it was beaten on 2/19 or 2/20.

Thank you for reporting the issue you've been experiencing here. I apologize you haven't received your Charizard back since the gym has been taken over.

@ProfessorHemlock or @MrWaffleFries can you please look into this issue.

 

This should be fixed with the Update today. There was an update today.

Thank you for the reply. However, I still have the problem.
After the update, though I can use my charizard now, it is still in the gym. So I cannot switch to it in the battle, and it cannot get any exp after battle, either.

 

@Aaron are you able to force this out?
